2. Educational Scope and Purpose
Think Orbit Base provides structured educational coaching, chart reading methodology, indicator calibration workshops, and market analysis training. All materials, interactive lab sessions, chart markups, and instructional guides are developed strictly for educational, analytical, and academic study purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
All educational courseware, proprietary Confluence Framework checklists, chart layout markups, workbook PDFs, exercise datasets, and visual graphics published on this website or distributed during training sessions are the exclusive intellectual property of Think Orbit Base.
Enrolled students are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review and practice with course materials for private individual study. 4. Practitioner Conduct and Session Standards

- Refrain from recording or distributing private screen-share sessions without express permission.
- Complete recommended chart preparation exercises and logs prior to scheduled 1-on-1 coaching appointments.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Think Orbit Base, its founders, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your application of technical analysis methodologies, chart interpretations, or third-party charting software interactions. Each practitioner exercises independent judgment and responsibility when applying analytical concepts.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or our educational services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
