1. Overview and Commitment
At Think Orbit Base, we maintain a transparent and fair tuition policy for all our technical analysis coaching programs, chart clinics, and seminars. Because our coaching cohorts and 1-on-1 mentorship slots are strictly capped to ensure intensive personal instruction, we have established clear guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.
2. Refund Eligibility and Timeframes
Refund eligibility varies based on the educational format and the timing of your cancellation notice:
A. 1-on-1 Coaching Intensives (e.g. Indicator Confluence Intensive)
- Notice Given 7 or More Days Before First Session: Eligible for a 100% full refund of tuition paid, less any third-party bank wire transmission charges.
- Notice Given 3 to 6 Days Before First Session: Eligible for an 80% partial refund, or a 100% tuition credit transferable to a future coaching cohort within 6 calendar months.
- Notice Given Less Than 72 Hours Before First Session: Eligible for a 50% partial refund, or a 75% tuition credit for future scheduling.
- After Coaching Has Commenced: If you need to withdraw after completing 1 or 2 sessions due to unforeseen personal circumstances, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the remaining unheld sessions, minus a 15% administrative courseware fee.
B. Weekend Chart Clinics & 1-Day Masterclasses
- Notice Given 5 or More Days Prior: 100% full refund or full credit transfer.
- Notice Given 48 to 120 Hours Prior: 70% refund or 100% credit transfer to the next available clinic date.
- Notice Given Less Than 48 Hours Prior: 50% tuition credit toward a future workshop.
3. Rescheduling Policy for 1-on-1 Sessions
We understand that market hours, travel, and personal commitments can shift. Individual coaching sessions can be rescheduled without penalty provided you notify your assigned coach at least 24 hours in advance. Up to two complimentary reschedules are permitted per 4-week cohort.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are non-refundable:
- Completed 1-on-1 coaching sessions and historical trade log audits already delivered.
- No-shows where a student fails to attend a scheduled session without prior written notice.
- Custom personalized spreadsheet calculators and workbook downloads that have been delivered to the student.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a cancellation, reschedule, or refund:
- Send a written request via email to info@thinkorbitbase.click.
- Include your full name, enrolled program name, original registration date, and reason for the request.
- Our admissions coordinator will review the request within 2 business days and confirm eligible refund or credit amounts.
6. Processing Time and Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of written confirmation. Refunds are issued using the original method of payment (such as direct bank wire or electronic fund transfer).
7. Workshop Postponement by Think Orbit Base
In the rare event that Think Orbit Base must postpone an in-person workshop or chart clinic due to instructor illness, severe weather, or technical disruptions, enrolled students will be offered the choice of a full 100% cash refund or immediate guaranteed placement in the rescheduled clinic.
